Enclosed south facing garden with two decks, sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Welcome to The Warblers where Exmoor meets the sea. A fabulous home from home with added features to make your holiday extra special. Stepping inside, on the ground floor you will find a cosy lounge with wood burner, perfect for chillier evenings, and comfortable seating to relax in after a day exploring the area, together with Freeview TV. The wonderfully light and modern kitchen/diner comes extremely well equipped with a second Freeview TV, plus everything you need for a wonderful home-cooked meal, with an electric oven, gas 5 burner hob, and dishwasher. There&rsquo;s also a utility room with a fridge/freezer, wine cooler, and washing machine. Heading upstairs you will find the family bathroom with a P-shape bath and shower plus a heated towel rail. The bedrooms have all been decorated in calming colours for a restful night&rsquo;s sleep and have plenty of storage and hanging space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom two has a double while bedroom three has a single bed.
