Oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Intial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . The Stable is a beautiful red brick Grade II listed building and is set in the middle of magnificent parkland with mature trees, roaming sheep and an equestrian cross-country course. This unique, period property is an annexe of a larger coach house built in 1770, and is full of character reflecting its old use. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a wood burner, and the kitchen is well equipped, whilst the windows look out onto the coach house courtyard. On the first floor, you will find the bedrooms in the old hayloft. The Stable was renovated in 2020 to reflect the charm of the old building, but with modern touches like underfloor heating and excellent fibre optic broadband. A framed map on the wall will help you to plan one of many beautiful walks onto the North Downs Way, The Pilgrims Way and more. The welcome pack includes a summary of things to do and places to visit, such as local farm shops, restaurants and walks nearby.
