The Potting Shed is a sweet little self contained apartment, beautifully furnished and very cosy. It has all you need for a wonderfully comfortable stay and has its own little outdoor area with a firepit, fairy lights and table and chairs.

Graffham is a very friendly and quintessentially English village in the heart of The South Downs. It has a historic church mentioned in the Domesday Book and a traditional village shop which also serves hot drinks, homemade cakes and fresh croissants. There are two village pubs with open fires and fantastic food just stumbling distance from our front door too. Perched right on the edge of The South Downs Way Graffham has stunning views! It is not only perfect for walkers and cyclists or those wanting to get away from it all, it is also conveniently positioned with fantastic places to visit on the doorstep. We have historic properties such as Petworth House and Cowdray ruins as well as pretty historic market towns with eclectic shops just 15 minutes away. In under under half an hour you can reach some fantastic places such as Goodwood, home of horse racing and motorsport and Cowdray, home of Polo! and for TV fans, ITVs The Repair Shop. Chichester is under 30 mins away and has an abundance of shops, restaurants, cinemas, a Theater and of course...stunning beaches!
