The Skegness Hotel, est circa 1898, consists of a modern contemporary Boutique style Sea View accommodation within a Victorian Villa on The South Parade. Situated along the more preferred South Parade this perfectly positioned accommodation boasts Sea views from every floor and is walking distance to all amenities, being a mere 220 yards from the Clock Tower. Described as spacious, homely, welcoming and unique, all room types are styled with contemporary decor and fully ensuite, with wifi, flat screen tvs, and tea and coffee making facilities. It offers Doubles, Kings, Twin and Family room types with separate adult/child bedrooms. Sea View Balconies with Canopies provide covered seating areas whatever the weather, with Sea views that stretch as far as Norfolk to the South, and incorporate the Clock Tower, boating lakes, beach, pier, parks, fair rides, aquarium and other nearby attractions to the North. Off the lesser known track, it also has easy access to the quieter beach, sea wall walk, lakes and fairy dell garden nearby, and for walkers Gibraltor point nature reserve can also be reached on foot or by car for birdwatching and walking followed by afternoon tea in the cafe. Or for a more relaxed afternoon you can sit & watch the world go by from the classical rainy day lounge. For your comfort & convenience hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, luggage storage, liquid soaps and lashings and lashings of tea, coffee and biscuits are provided in room (as we currently provide a room only serviced accommodation). Skegness is a well known and well loved Traditional Seaside town of The Victorian Era. Traditionally serving mostly East Midlands folk, we now serve people as far as away as Australia, the USA as well as regularly from Europe, and Land's End to Scotland in the UK. The Skegness Hotel is perfectly located in Skegness along the Sea front, some 300 metres from the main Skegness Beach, 200 metres from The Clock Tower, and 2.7 km from Skegness Butlins, and 500 metres from Tower Gardens and The Embassy Theatre. Surrounded by beach, sea, boating lakes and paddling pool walks and a lido nearby, the Hotel's position has the added bonus of benefiting from all local amenities being within an easy 5-10 minute walking distance, yet being located in one of the more quieter and most peaceful ends of town. Gibraltor point is literally only a 10 minute drive from us, with it's nature reserve, viewing area, and cafeteria, it is a birdwatchers and walker's paradise. Next to that is one of 2 Golf Courses in Skegness, the other being just under a mile away on North Shore, along with the baby Seal rescue Sanctuary. The highly rated Aquarium some 500 metres away and Church Village Farm Museum are also well worth a visit.
