Located in the very centre of Winchester, in a courtyard setting, The Print Rooms is a cosy and contemporary apartment within a beautifully restored period building. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, local restaurants and the high street, the apartment is in the perfect location to explore the city.
I love to explore the world and meet new people. I host my own home and also help other owners as a Co host.
Winchester is an enchanting city, steeped in history and character. The Old Printworks is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area. The train station is only 5 minutes away and the bus station around 10 minutes, from there you can make a trip to London very easily within an hour. St Catherine's Hill and the water meadows are within walking distance, where you can hike up to the highest point in Winchester, to take in the views of the city. The Great Hall and the Winchester registry office are only a few minutes walk away. If travelling by car there are many lovely places to explore, such as Long Barn Lavender Farm in the beautiful village of Alresford. Further afield you may like to explore the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth or the stunning British Coastline, both reached in less than 40 minutes by car. For the children, Marwell Zoo and Paultons Park are within easy reach.
