    “The property was lovely, clean, in a great location with all of our needs catered for. Parking was fine as you could park in the car park along the beach. Which is a 5 minute walk. The host was very helpful.”

One of Budleigh Salterton’s prettiest and most recognisable seafront cottages, The Pink House with its wonderful position and achingly tasteful interior, is everything we love about unfettered luxury and wholesome coastal life. A period property with its roots in well-heeled Edwardian society, this home has recently undergone a superb refurbishment, and though unbelievably stylish, it’s not in the least bit stuffy. Sash windows, wooden flooring and original fireplaces ply its rooms with character, while sumptuous furnishings and modern features invite you to sink into Devon’s laid-back pace of life in complete comfort. With plenty of room for six, The Pink House proffers a spacious kitchen diner as well as two family-sized bathrooms, both with walk-in showers for either a quick de-salting, or a relaxing drenching. *Please note that while adults may use the bunk beds, they are ideally suited to children This property offers a digital parking permit for one car for use in the East Devon Council car parks in Budleigh Salterton.
