A spacious, two bedroom apartment set in the pretty Cornish countryside surrounded by pretty walks and perfectly located to explore both the North and South coast. This recently refurbished apartment is located on the top floor (accessed by two sets of stairs) of a Grade II listed converted Mill. Off road parking outside (space located in front of the property) We provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable, linen, towels, washing liquid, dish washer tablets, cleaning supplies, toilet roll, basic cooking supplies, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, hand wash, hair dryer, picnic blanket. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric fan oven and grill, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle there is also a washing machine and a small clothes airer, iron, small ironing table in the cupboard in the bathroom. Please Note: Regret no smoking or no pets. Not suitable for infants/small children. The Space Recently converted apartment with modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliance including a dishwasher. Master bedroom with king sized bed and second bedroom with twin beds, modern fitted bathroom with double shower and cupboard housing washing machine. The apartment also comes with Wifi, Sky TV. Guest Access The allocated parking space is straight in front as you drive in (in front of a small fence, there is a sign to direct you), enter the property through the main double doors just off the shared patio area, follow the corridor around and climb up one flight of stairs, through the fire door and The Penthouse door is on the left (a white door) use your key to open and climb the final flight of stairs to enter the apartment.
We are a family of three Andy, Angela and Henry this is our beautiful holiday apartment that we spent a year lovingly renovating (mainly Andy!) to get it to how we wanted it. Very peaceful, countryside views and perfectly located to explore both the North and South coasts of this stunning county. St Ives, is a picturesque fishing town known for its harbour, surf beaches, quaint cobbled streets and its art scene, located only 12 miles away from The Penthouse. It can also be accessed by a scenic coastal train journey from St Erth which is only 7 miles away. Only 4 miles from The Penthouse, Tehidy Country Park, 250 acres of beautiful woodland, lakes, ponds and nature trails, with 9 miles of footpaths to explore. There are 2 free car parks and there is also a café and toilets. Only 5 miles from The Penthouse, Gwithian Towans Beach, public beach & surfing destination with sand dunes & rock pools, with cafes nearby. Only 9 miles away from The Penthouse, Porthleven, a harbour, beach and foodie destination with great restaurants and cafes. Only 9 miles away from The Penthouse is the beautiful village of Marizion and St Michael's Mount an Island home to a medieval castle, reached by causeway from Marizion, with Norman church and sub-tropical gardens.
