Located a 7-minute walk and 3-minute drive to London Overground Station ‘Theobalds Grove’ which is a 16-minute train journey to Victoria line station ‘Seven Sisters’. 34 minutes on the train to ‘London Liverpool Street’ station. A 17-minute walk and a 5-minute drive to Greater Anglia station Waltham Cross. In the rooms where there are two single beds, these beds can be converted into a double bed. Please let us know before arrival which setup you would prefer. Please feel free to use the garden and any other part of the house. There is also a separate building in the garden which is not part of the facility and has a separate entrance and exit and has no access to the main house where guests are.
