The granary is a brand new converted barn, in a wonderful private south facing location at East Crinnis, that sleeps up to five. The barn has been converted to a very high standard with two bedrooms upstairs (one double and one twin room) and another snug room (sleeping 1 downstairs). The main living space is open plan with lounge, dining area and kitchen with fire place, smart TV and Wifi. The Granary has two bathrooms, which both have toilets, walk in showers and sinks. The double doors from the lounge open up onto a sunny patio area for BBQ and dinning alfresco. The barn is well equipped with everything you would expect from a luxury accommodation, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There’s enough parking for two cars. We provide bed linen and towels, along with a welcome pack including a Cornish cream tea.
The holiday home also benefits from using all the facilities at East Crinnis Holiday Park a small family run site, with seasonal shop and cafe, fishing lake, park and summer entertainment. Only a 20 min walk to the nearest beach and a short drive to the Eden Project or the wonderful Charlestown Harbour.
