The Old Customs Pot consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for five guests, Smart TV and an electric stove-effect fire, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size and a single, all with Smart TVs and serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, gravelled area, barbecue and furniture, a storage area for paddleboards, canoes and kayaks, as well as off-road parking for two cars and EV charging is available at an additional charge. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub and within 0.7 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. With the port being constructed in the 18th century by the Dutch and the Queen Anne style houses built by ship captains in the past, you can expect to see charming and unconventional architecture, perfect for observing at any time of year.
