Outside there is a front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and a private, gated driveway. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.6 miles and a pub in 3 miles. The Marshes is a wonderful base to explore Powys from.
