On road parking; additional harbour car park (permit at &pound;42 per week). No smoking. . The Little Blue House is a mid-terrace holiday property, within easy walking distance of Penzance harbour, promenade and town with bars, caf&eacute;s, restaurants, and art galleries. This homely property will suit friends, couples and particularly families with children, as the owners&rsquo; have provided a toy box and small library, including children&rsquo;s books. Places to visit nearby include Mousehole, Marazion and St Michael&rsquo;s Mount. Visit Land&rsquo;s End, Sennen Cove, Minack open air theatre, St. Ives, and Poldark country. The Jubilee Pool has been described as the best art dec&oacute; Lido in the country (please see their website for opening times). The pool, and caf&eacute; situated on the front has geothermal heating, where renewable energy heats a section of the pool to 35 degrees. Beach 2 miles. Shop and pub 50 yards, restaurant 100 yards.
