It is a self contained unit with it's own private entrance. There is a kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, for the use of guests, although no other cooking facilities. The washing machine and tumble dryer are not for the use of guests. It is within walking distance to the small town of Donaghadee, 10mins, where there are several shops, cafe's and good restaurants. Also the sea and harbour are very close by. I have only the one room but it is self contained and is all on one level. You can also park your vehicle in the drive directly outside the window of your room. The garden has now been transformed and is for guest usage ..should the weather allow.! I accept well behaved animals but ask you treat the room with respect. I am opening up on 2nd July, 2020, the accommodation will be decorated and sanitized accordingly after each occupation. Hi again, I look forward to meeting all my guests but will hand you the key and you will not be troubled by me unless I can be of assistance to you. I will leave a selection of fare in the fridge in the wee kitchenette and if you require any specific food/items just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate those needs. I have two Labrador dogs Jack and Laddie, who are very quiet and also enjoy other dogs visiting us. There is a small pond in the garden with fish there-in for your enjoyment. The sea and beach are within walking distance as are many shops, pubs and restaurants. It is only 4miles from the larger town of Bangor and about 15 miles from Belfast where there are several other attractions, easily accessable by the train from Bangor.
