This fabulously located property sits almost on the edge of the marsh in the popular village of Burnham Deepdale. Positioned quietly in the middle of a small row of modern cottages, this charming and spacious chalk and brick faced property has views over the surrounding woodland and St Mary's Church and offers direct access to the marsh from the back gate, allowing you to walk to the harbour at Brancaster Staithe or beaches at Brancaster or Burnham Overy along the coastal path.

Burnham Deepdale is one of the seven Burnhams and the sister village to Brancaster Staithe. One of the main attractions is the Dalegate Market complex with its Tourist Information centre, shops, petrol station, supermarket and cafe. Set yourself up for the day with a big breakfast at Deepdale Cafe or scrummy lunch. In Brancaster Staithe you will find the fabulous White Horse hotel/restaurant/pub where you can enjoy fine dining from their terrace, marsh side restaurant or conservatory. Brancaster Staithe has lots of fishing history with local fishermen growing mussels and oysters on beds out of the harbour. Sailing enthusiasts flock to Brancaster Staithe when there is a high tide, when you can also take a trip with local company Branta Cruises to Scolt Head Island. If you are wanting to enjoy food at home, make sure you visit Staithe Smokehouse at the back of The White Horse or the Fish Shed. A visit to the RSPB nature reserve at Titchwell is a must (where you can also see the seals in addition to the local bird life) or of course, make a trip to HM The King's Sandringham Estate where you can visit the house (when the Queen is not in residence) and the parkland and woodland that surrounds the estate.
