The Shepards snug is set in an idilylic spot , over looking beautiful countryside all around, the snug is an ideal place to get away from it all , cosy inside with a great outside area to relax and unwind , we have a BBQ and fire pit outside along with deckchairs and eating area, a butcher is onsite offering all local organic produce ideal for the perfect BB. We also recommend the wasted kitchen, a local company offering all homemade dishes and meals cooked from scratch using all locally sourced produced that can be delivered to your door when pre ordered or can be popped into the fridge on the day of your arrival, for further info visit their website the wastedkitchen .co.uk

We situated between famous seaside town of whitstable and faversham , there are some beautiful walks in and around our area great for ramblers and bird watchers as we have fantastic nature reserver right on along fabulous costal line and beaches, 1 mile away Whitstable is 2.2 miles are away, a seaside town famous for its oyster's and quirky shops, great restaurants and bars . Faversham is 1.6 miles away its a medieval town steeped in history and great market 3 times week with good shops, cafes and bars Canterbury is 5.6miles away with the breathtaking cathedral and a great shopping area, with good restaurant's ,bars and nightlife There are some great local country pubs serving fabulous award winning food close some with Michelin star
