The Homestead "Static" is a 4 bedroom static caravan situated in the garden of The Homestead on Cliff-en-Howe Road in Pott Row. Roydon Common Nature Reserve can be accessed directly from the property via a turn stile from the bottom paddock. THere areplenty of walksaround the common and also Massingham Health is only 3 miles away. There is a butchers shop at the end of the road and also a bus stop for the Kings Lynn - Fakenham bus. Kings Lynn is 6 miles away. The coastal town of Hunstanton is about 9 miles away and can be accessed via bus via Kings Lynn hub. THe property has 2 doubles, a single and a 'zed' bed, it has a washing machine and dryer and fridge freezer. THe kitchen is well equipped. There is wifi which is shared with the main house (altho it is slow like all wifi in Norfolk!). THere is a shed where there are deck chairs available. There are 2 pubs within a 2 mile distance - The Three Horseshoes at Roydon and The Anvil at Congham both serving food. THe frenowned 'Dabbling Duck' at Massingham is about3 miles away and accessible by bus too.
