Beautiful Lodge with outstanding views of the rolling countryside!. 1 step to entrance. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV, Woodburner Dining area. Kitchen area: Gas Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge, Coffee Machine, Patio Doors Leading To Decked Area Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. . Front garden with firepit, sitting out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. There are some fabulous views to be had of the rolling countryside of England and Wales from the property, you are also directly on the three castles walk, located in Grosmont near Abergavenny and Monmouth. The Workshop has been renovated to a high standard in 2022 and comprises of an open plan living space, the front of lodge with some outstanding views, a double bedroom with ensuite and a large lawned garden with a bistro set and fire pit. The market town of Abergavenny is 11 miles away and has an abundance of shops, restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. It also holds its award-winning food festival every September. For those wanting to visit the historic town of Monmouth, is just a 9-mile drive from the property, and there are some local restaurants and pubs in the surrounding villages. Pub and restaurant 2 miles, for those golf enthusiasts there are three golf courses within 5 miles of the property. Whatever you decide to do on your holiday The Workshop is the perfect place to be to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy the relaxing surroundings that this property has to offer.
