quirky first floor timber framed studio flat. centrally heated. It has a balcony overlooking the fields, It is cosy and warm. Open plan design inside sleeping living and kitchen areas are open plan, with bathroom to the side (enclosed) it is a roof space so has height restriction on the sides with the sloping roof. Superking bed on a platform egyptian cotton sheets, smart tv leather sofa bed, dining for 2 fully fitted kitchen with oven fridge freezer microwave toaster kettle . Bathroom has bath overhead shower basin and toilet. outdoor balcony with garden furniture, Downstairs is a shared area with utility washing machine and dryer with lockable shower room toilet and basin, Owners live next door.
richard and emma are both veterinary surgeons and have a busy family they live next door to the garden room and can always help if need be. richard has always lived in the village.
8 miles from shrewsbury and church stretton it is situated down a bumpy track . There are 2 pubs within 20 minutes walking distance, and a grocery shop in dorrington, again walkable. Ludlow, attingham park, church stretton, long mynd, cardingmill valley, chirk castle, shrewsbury, river severn and ironbridge are all easy to visit there is so much to do!
