Cheerful, Cozy newly refurbished 3 storey stylish home. Based at the heart of Belfast you will be close to all the history of this City (5 min via local transport& 15 min walk). famous murals on Falls Rd to City Centre. Right on your doorstep you will have access to local amenities including 2 local grocery stores 30 sec away. 5 min walk to Royal Victoria Hospital & St.Marys Teaching College, 2 min walk to transport links and 5 min from M1. Boucher road is only a 10 min walk where you can enjoy concerts or shopping. Ormeau Park is around a 30 min walk, a place where many concerts also take place, or you can take a glider into town leaving only a 15 min walk.
Enjoy travel, running, triking and yoga. I enjoy interacting & entertaining people, cooking is my way of showing love to family & friends.
Enjoy the hustle, bustle in the West of the City. Plenty of life in this district. Superb base for short term, business or pleasure. Close proximity of local bars, restaurants and 5 min from Ireland's biggest Community Art's Festival 'Feile An Phobail' which generally runs first 2 weeks in August. Or to escape the hustle bustle you can enjoy a nice relaxing walk through the Black Mountain which is only a 20 min drive. The neighbourhood is a residential built up area, therefore strictly no loud noise after 10pm.
