There are books on design, gardening, art, photography and architecture throughout. A wood burning stove warms up the drawing room in winter. Full English as well as gourmet omelets are among the options for breakfast. St Leonards Warrior Square train station is 8 minutes walk, the beach is a further 10 minutes. Free parking on the street. Unfortunately there is a no smoking policy at this property. Two hundred and fifty pounds fine for smoking. There is no television here for a very different atmosphere.
