Hi I am Heather and have owned the property for about 7 years. I have recently moved in with my partner and we decided to short term let The Cliff Just off The Beach. We live locally and am always available over the phone and message. Whether you have a question about the space or you would like any local knowledge recommendations do not hesitate to ask!

Driving to Brighton City Centre - 20 mins 700 Stagecoach Bus Stop is a 1 min walk Lancing train station (fantastic links to London - I used to commute to London from this station daily) is a 7 minute walk. Local taxi firms available Shoreham by Sea High Street with lovely restaurants and bars and pubs is a 25 minute walk. Worthing Town Centre - 15 min drive There are paddle boards and kayaks to rent on Lancing Seafront
