Welcome to the Boot Room. New for October 2023 To compliment our current 3 bedroom apartment within Temperance House we have created a stylish ground floor studio apartment. The boot room has been renovated to create a warm, cosy and quirky space ideal for solo business trips or couples. The open plan self catering studio apartment is fully furnished and superbly fitted with all the essentials to ensure a convenient and comfortable stay. Private bathroom, double bed, Kitchen, and WiFi. Located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment.
We are very excited to offer our second holiday rental for our guests to enjoy. Subsequent to receiving such warm reviews from over the pass 3 years from guests who expect and appreciate quality and attention to detail. The new Boot Room studio reflects the same high standards that we always strive to achieve. We are now ready to throw open the door and welcome you all!
Located on the high street guest can enjoy all that the town has to offer by foot. Coastal walks are very popular or watch the sailing or many other activities enjoyed on the River Crouch. The town boasts its very own Cinema the Rio, which is independently owned and dates back to 1910. Some local Attractions: Maritime Museum, Mangapps Railway Museum, Disk Golf, Seal Trips, Wallasea Island Bird Sanctuary and Ferry Trips. The town has a number of pubs, restaurants and takeout eateries.
