Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café. Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking. This extra-large lodge is located in a quiet area with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great This is a luxury home with a full kitchen including an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, and Dishwasher. It has a seperate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Table and chairs for 6 people inside for a cozy family meal. There are 3 bedrooms: The first with a King bed, ensuite bath room, and plenty of storage space The 2nd and 3rd have twin beds All bedrooms have ample storage space and the master and one twin have TV's TVs There is an additional family shower room with large walk in shower. Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking

Hoburne Cotswold Holiday park has EV charging stations that can be used for a fee by all guests. This is provided by EV Box IMPORTANT NOTICE Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024. The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024. During the development phase the indoor pool and soft play area will not be available. Hoburne hope to open the outdoor pool in time for Easter 2024 if the weather allows. The Café will move into the sports bar area during the development. During the period of the development there will be no charge for guest passes (know as resort fee) if you book through us, which allow access to the food and beverage areas, Fishing and Entertainment. We are working with local places to offer guests discounts suck as local pools etc – more info will be given after booking If you are booking with us for this period, any resort fee paid will be refunded after booking.
