A modern self contained annexe with use of a shared courtyard garden. Living area contains a kitchenette with hob, air fryer, toaster, kettle with all utensils, there is also tea and coffee free to use. The main area has a large sofa which makes a lovely double bed when needed ( this is the only bed in the property) it’s quick and easy to make up with all bed linen provided. Wi-fi is free. A secure gated access is operated with a fob or button that can be found within the property itself. There is a washer dryer, iron and board in the property with a flat screen TV. All heating is electric throughout. There is a modern shower area with a separate toilet room. All bedding and towels are is included. One of the hosts lives in the neighbouring property so is on hand if help is needed.

This property is situated within a 10 minute walk to Bedford River and approximately a 20 minute walk to Bedford’s Town centre and Castle Road itself has restaurants, cafe’s, pubs and bars and plenty of shops. The Annexe itself is set back off the road with secure gating. There is also a museum nearby and at the Corn Exchange in the town centre you will find plenty of shows and entertainment throughout the year (please check listings before visiting) Bedford train station is approximately a 30/40 minute walk away too. Although the property does not have its own parking there is plenty of free street parking. There is free Wi-Fi at the property too.
