The annex is set in the most quaint of Cornish hamlets, it has uninterrupted views over our private paddock and to the fields ahead. The annex is stand alone facing away from the main house, offering complete privacy and seclusion. The annex is situated in the absolute center of Cornwall, making it perfect accessing all major sights in Cornwall and the north and south coasts. We are 15 minutes away from the Eden project, 15 minutes from Newquay and Padstow and 30 minutes away from Falmouth and 40 minutes from St Ives. The annex is 5 minutes of the main A30 however we are unable to hear this road from our peaceful location. There is ample graveled parking just outside, and the annex has it's own private entrance. There is a outside seating area with tables, chairs and parasol and a Weber barbecue, which also overlooks the paddock. The annex is open plan and has a kitchenette with fridge, oven, kettle toaster and all relevant cooking equipment. We provide milk, tea coffee and sugar for your stay. There is a private bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and wardrobe space. we supply clean linen and towels. The annex has a private bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink.
Myself and my husband moved to 'The Cottage' about 3 years ago and decided we would let out the annex so that we could share our very own gorgeous piece of countryside with others. We have been incredibly lucky over the last year and have had some amazing feedback. We hope that you enjoy your stay and if you should need anything whilst you are staying with us we are always happy to help. Now we have installed free Wifi for all visitors!
