A one bedroom, self contained bungalow, with lounge, fully fitted kitchen and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. A secluded location with easy access to local transport links and main roads.
500m from the mineral trails, 35 miles to explore on foot or bicycle. Numerous walks to the most picturesque places in Cornwall. Perranwell Railway Station is on the Truro to Falmouth branch line, which is located 800m away making a car free holiday possible. There are three pubs located within walking distance from the property.
