‘Surf’s up!’ is a newly-refurbished, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located on the Atlantic Bay resort near Newquay, Cornwall. It comfortably sleeps 8 people in modern, stylish accommodation with well-equipped facilities. It is perfect for larger and extended families or work colleagues and an ideal base to explore the nearby award-winning beaches and many attractions that Cornwall offers. Access to the gym and pools are not included/cannot be purchased, allowing us to offer better prices and a higher standard of accommodation. The ground floor of Surf's Up provides a spacious, open-plan living area(featuring comfortable sofas, cuddle chair and a Smart TV) a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc) and a stylish 8 seater dining room perfectly suited for cooking, eating and relaxing. Also on the ground floor is a convenient double bedroom and shower room for those guests who may require easy access and privacy. Upstairs you’ll find a large and comfortable en-suite master bedroom with TV, and Juliet balcony as well as a cosy twin bedroom and a further double bedroom both served by a family bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate shower. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, blinds and blackout curtains and luxurious carpets. The furnishings and decor at ‘Surf’s Up’ are fresh, modern and comfortable with a coastal theme. All the rooms are furnished to a high standard and well equipped - allowing guests the space and facilities to truly relax on holiday or whilst working in the area. House rules: a maximum of 8 guests are permitted (including children/infants of any age), no smoking or pets, lead guest must be over 25, no parties/ loud music, electric car charging is available on the site but is not permitted from the property itself.

The property is set on the Atlantic Reach resort approx 6 miles from Newquay town centre and the many nearby award-winning beaches. The rest of Cornwall is easily accessible as the property is within close reach of the main A30 and Newquay airport.
