The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine, and a living/dining room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a shower room with hairdryer. Outside there is permit parking for Orchard car park, and unallocated roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop, pub and the beach in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sunrise View is a wonderful abode for a Devonshire escape. Note: The apartment is accessed via an internal staircase. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Please email your car registration to for parking permit to be administrated.

Neighbourhood information

East Devon's Seaton is a beach community on the south coast. It has red cliffs on one side and white cliffs on the other and faces Lyme Bay, which is to the west of the River Axe's mouth. Access to the mile-long, largely shingle beach and a small harbour is provided by a sea wall. Seaton is a town in Devon that is part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and has a decent selection of shops, welcoming cafés, restaurants, and pubs to take advantage of.
