Welcome to Sunnyside. A charming large 4(5) bedroom property, wi-fi, a fabulous garden with hot tub and outdoor dining area and the potential to sleep up to 13 guests. . This has a small single and a standard single and allows the property to sleep up to 13 guests - please request on booking! (we are unable to add this to the full listing at present) Beautifully situated with sea views the property has a lounge, large kitchen, dining room, conservatory, shower room and full bathroom. The gardens are large and spacious with lovely views. Prestatyn is a charming town offering easy access to all of North Wales and Cheshire. If you want a stunning large family property in a great location this is the one for you. You will be well looked after with an easy check in with a keysafe. The property benefits from full central heating and wi-fi. The utility room has a washer and a dryer. The kitchen is well resourced with an American Fridge Freezer, dishwasher and large electric range cooker and microwave. The lounge has a feature fireplace, Alexa and free view channels. There is a full dining room which will seat 10 comfortably and it also has a piano for guest use in the bedroom

Prestatyn is a stunning town which has undergone a huge revival in recent years. With the addition of a new retail park which is in walking distance of the property have come many national chains. There is a large Tesco supermarket also in walking distance. Prestatyn high street has recently won awards for being the most improved UK high street with boutique shops and independent businesses as well as some high street names. If eating and drinking are your thing Prestatyn has also become an 'evening destination' with many bars, wine bars and restaurants all of which can be walked to from the property within 10 minutes. If it's leisure activities you are after then Prestatyn benefits from 3 stunning beaches as well as a crazy golf course, modern independent cinema and a full water fun centre called the Nova centre. Getting around Prestatyn is ideally located to explore the whole area. From the attractions of Snowdonia (within 50 minutes) (Betws y Coed, Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and the mountain and narrow gauge railways) to the beautiful city of Chester (30 minutes away) it really is a region that has it all.
