Residential area, with holiday homes , cafes , restaurants shops, park, swimming pool, open air theatre beach, all in close proximity , Parking is on street, where you can usually get in very close proximity to the property. Located in a very central area with just a short walk to most of Scarboroughs amenities and fun activities including the open air theatre and the beachfront. There is also a bus stop nearby that you can go direct to York Leeds or Tadcaster , also Wykeham lakes are about a 20 minutes drive away
