Central London studio apartment renovated in a modern style. Brand new kitchen alongside light airy & open plan living space with views of the Shard. Housing up to 4 adults in an elevated european double (Low head room) & quality sofa bed. Large bathroom, with bath/shower alongside 50mb wifi, TV, Wii Console & board games. Working desk and fold out 6 person pine dining table. Corner shop next door, Sainsburys a 5 minute walk, bus stop 10 meters away. 15 minute walk to Highbury and Islington.
Hosting has long been a passion of ours, from putting love and consideration into the design and renovation of our apartment, to creating as unique a space as possible within our central location. The matching of the two has led to a space 30 minutes from central London, which feels like and escape from the city! We hope you enjoy the natural light pouring through the windows in the morning and the transport connections which make the apartment unique.
The local neighbourhood is a nice residential area. Outside the apartment, not 10 meters from the front door is a bus stop, with buses every 2 minutes that head into Angel and Central London. We have a spacious park across the road and behind the apartment (both with extensive children's pay areas), with a lovely restaurant opposite and a local corner shop adjacent. a 30 minute walk to The Emirates Stadium or a meander along the Canal makes for a pleasant walk. Safety, clean and friendly.
