Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, selection of herbal teas and biscuits available. The annexe is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with free internet access with, fast wifi. Desk with 2 chairs in place for those of you that can't escape work commitments. There is a double bed with USB sockets either side. There is one en-suite shower, sink and toilet finished in white and chrome with towel warmer. shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser are complimentary. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. On opening the French doors the large enclosed lawned garden is perfect for your dog to roam safely. Gated access to woodland leading down to National Trust: Plymbridge woods. Storage area for outdoor sports equipment, garage for motorcycles. Laundry facilities upon request Free parking within the grounds set behind electric gates.
