Rutland Heights, set in the very heart of the English Riviera sits adjacent to Daddyhole Plain with the South West Coastal footpath and Meadfoot Beach on the doorstep. Newly refurbished with its Open plan living, 2/3 bedrooms and onsite parking. Walking distance to the thriving coastal town centre. Perfect for those staycations.
