Then simply relax on the deck and enjoy your al fresco meal and maybe a glass of wine while taking in the views of distant hills.

I have been running self catering holiday lets for the many years and running a Scottish highland hotel for 9 of those years. I love being involved in people having a great holiday and I pay attention to those little things that help to make a memorable stay. Born and bred in the west coast of Scotland I have a good knowledge of the area and a love of our scenery and even our unreliable weather. :) I enjoy going on holiday myself although being involved in the tourist industry this means always taking my vacation in the off season. Suits me perfectly though as I prefer quieter times to holiday. When I have time I enjoy photography, cooking, baking and crafts, but best of all I enjoy family time.
