All of our Suites ouze character as they are all set within the historical town of Maldon. Three of our apartments are housed in The Kings Head Centre - a 16th Century Grade II listed building which dates back to1552. In the last 30 years it has been lovingly preserved by the owner of Staycations Maldon - James Mann who's love of upcycling and antique furniture has given Staycations its quirky-ness with a touch of modern luxury. **One of our Suites is across the road from The Kings Head Centre, but still on the High Street. Please check where your Suite is when booking, or call for confirmation.

Property information

Our apartments are thoughtfully equipt, some with complimentary items for your convenience, including toiletries, slippers, cereals, tea & coffee, locally sourced condiments, and are perfectly situated for both work and leisure with everything within easy reach, including many restaurants and bars, and even an M&S foodhall right next door. We provide everything to give you a home from home, or even working from home experience. One of our suites has a 6 seater dining table that transforms into a conference table where USB's pop out from the middle of the beautiful handmade copper top table, and there is a flat screen TV on the wall that can connect to your laptop for live conferences or presentations. Or perhaps you will be entertaining friends during your visit.. Location is everything and you have everything right on your doorstep being on the high street in this busy little town, which is quiet during the week and comes alive at the weekend. There is a bar / club across the road, and at the weekend closes around 1am. So if you are a light sleeper, or do not like outside noise this may not be suitable for you. We do warn all of our guests that being on the high-street and in the middle of town, this isn't a quiet little retreat if that is what you are looking for. **Please note that unfortunately we no longer accept pets at our property

Staycations Maldon Suites are set within the historic town of Maldon which is one of the oldest towns in England. Our apartments are set within the Grade II Listed Kings Head Centre on the main high street. Whilst Visiting the beautiful town you will find an excellent range of local shops, boutiques, quirky tea rooms, traditional riverside pubs and a variety of restaurants. A popular tourist attraction nearby is the Promenade Park, and also the Blackwater River
