Stafford House is an older style, split level apartment situated a short walk to the sea and close to amenities, including the beach, river, tennis, mini-golf, amusements, various restaurants and the town centre. Arundel with its castle and unique shops is a short drive away, as is the market town of Chichester. The apartment has a spacious lounge, separate dining room, bathroom, fully fitted modern kitchen and a small patio overlooking the garden. Please note that the second bedroom is at the rear of the flat up a steep staircase, but the main bedroom is at ground level towards the front.
