Property information

A luxury 2 bedroom apartment, situated in one of Ilfracombe's most popular areas. Just a 2 minute walk to Tunnels Beach and Wedding Venue, and a mere 400m to The Quay, which is abundant with seaside shops and cafe's. This property is one of the only ones in St James Place which offers off road parking and outside space. Accessed through it's own private entrance on the ground floor of the building, this bright and airy apartment offers the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, the second room with two singles that can be made up as a double if requested, as well as a sofa bed, providing plenty of room for families. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities, including espresso coffee machine. The second room has patio doors which lead out to the decking area which provides the idyllic spot for people watching. The bathroom includes a sizeable walk in shower, as well as a large bath.

Ilfracombe is a popular seaside town, which offers an abundance of things to make for a perfect getaway.
