Welcome to Our Cosy Home in Rural Nairnshire! Nestled in the heart of rural Nairnshire, our charming home offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort and convenience. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting open plan kitchen, dinning and living room area, complete with plush seating and a cosy fireplace – ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Dogs are very welcome in our home. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare your favourite meals. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, which comfortably seats eight (high chair available on request) and offers a lovely view of the garden. Our home features 4 spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms offer comfortable large, double beds and single beds with share a well-appointed bathroom. Step outside to our private garden, a tranquil oasis perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The garden is beautifully landscaped and includes a patio area with outdoor seating. There are a host of beautiful walks in the local area including along the river Findhorn. Located in a quiet and peaceful rural neighbourhood, our home is just a short drive from Nairn and Aviemore where there are local shops, cafes, parks, beaches and golf courses. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home. Other services, facilities and activities are available within easy driving distance - river dipping, Nairn beach, golf courses, fishing, rafting, kayaking and much more. There is no public transport in this area but ample carparking.
