Company information

Hi, me and my husband Rodion live just within 10 min drive from the flat, and available on phone or WhatsApp for any questions. We live with our teenage son, charming French Bulldog and 3 cats. We love travelling, music concerts, reading, long walks by the beach, movies and bbq with friends. My husband is keen on spear fishing and cooking seafood.

Property information

It’s a 3 bedroom flat on 2nd floor of a historical listed building built in 19th century, that used to be a night club and before that - a hotel. Pluses that come with it - a lot of character, high ceilings, large windows, lots of light. Minuses - single glazed large windows, which are not easy to change, thus you can hear noise from the street. We have 2 spacious dbl rooms , one of them en-suite, and 1 small single with a bunk bed, suitable for average size adults.

Neighbourhood information

A newly refurbished spacious 3-bedroom flat in a historical building in the centre of Bournemouth, buzzing pedestrian area. It’s just 10 min walk to the famous Bournemouth peer via botanical town garden. In the house there are cafes, scating and VR centres - perfect for kids and teenagers. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs to choose from in the It’s a high street of a resort town, so it’s busy area during the day and evenings. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs in the area, all within walking distance and on ground floor of our house. Central town square is 3 min walk away, with market and open air bar during summer and Xmas., large 10 screen Odeon where you can find plenty of restaurants, and BIC centre with many exhibitions, concerts and other events is about 7 min walk away. Aquarium is just by the peer and offers good entertainment for all ages.
