Location RHYL - Smitten House 4 Bedroom. family bathroom plus en-suite in double bedroom. Bright and Modern Detached property giving home from home comforts. Great for couples, families or working guests. Garage only for bike storage. Parking off road for 3 cars or more. Located in a quiet cu- de-sac and only 4 mins walk to the beach. easy walking to town centre - cot, bed-guard, stair gate and fire-guard . Great location to explore north wales. Check in 1600 hrs check out 1030am

The property is located in a residential area - on a corner of a cul-de-sac nice neighborhood, no one will bother you. Rear garden reframe from kicking football against neighbours garden fence. thanks. Please try not to walk on the soil to the side of the path as it will not only tread into the lounge but also your car. Railways station approx. 15 mins walk - 1 mile. Liverpool airport 45 mins drive - 53 miles Manchester airport 1 hour drive 62 miles Close to the M56 roads leading to chester, Llandudno, Rhose on Sea Conwy , Nearest supermarket - 10 mins walk - 0.5 miles Nearest restaurant - 7 mins walk - 0.4 mile. Snowdonia. Glan Clwyd Hospital 12 mins drive - 5 miles great location to explore North Wales. Rhyl town centre 9 mins.
