This house truly is a home from home. Everything you could need in a house is in a drawer or cupboard. It's secure outside for kids or pets. It's close to town. It's cosy and comfortable.

The neighbourhood is quiet but not isolated - a one minute drive to a grocery shop, or two minutes to the town centre. The Lough Erne Resort is a two min drive away and there are numerous dog walking places within 5 mins. The beaches of Donegal are under an hour away. There are three National Trust properties within a short distance. The Marble Arch caves and the "stairway to heaven" are within a half hour's drive. Boat hire and boat tours are a five minute drive or less. Enniskillen centre is a few minute's drive. The Forum our local leisure centre is five minutes away. The town centre is packed with many independent retailers and other more familiar ones and numerous cafes and restaurants. There is ample car parking in the town which is set on an island. There is a shopping centre and your food can be purchased at all the usual places - Asda, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Dunnes, Iceland to name just some. Some will offer delivery to the house too
