A little further along brings you to Staithe Street, a charming pedestrianized road filled with independent stores, tourist shops, and food outlets. Situated so close to the water and salt marshes, you may even be treated to the sight and sound of geese flying overhead, especially during the winter months, making this spot ideal for bird watchers. Continue along Staithe Street, and you'll find yourself at Buttlands Green, where you'll discover a selection of pubs and restaurants, including local favorites like The Globe Inn and The Crown, both popular with visitors and locals alike.
