Property information

This beautifully furnished property is located just off the High Street and has its own parking. The cottage comprises of a large open plan living and dining area with patio doors leading to a secluded south facing courtyard garden. All four bedrooms sleep two and the cottage has three bathrooms with two showers. Two storey accommodation Ground Floor Kitchen: Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment (under counter freezer available on request) Sitting Room/Dining Room: Large sitting room with flat screen TV, DVD player, dining facilities and patio doors leading to rear south facing courtyard garden Ground Floor Bedroom: Day bed which can be single or double Bathroom 1: Shower, wc, washbasin First Floor Master bedroom en-suite: With pretty four poster bed and en-suite bath and shower Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom Family Bathroom: Bath, wc, washbasin External features South facing courtyard garden with patio table, chairs and BBQ, Facilities Central heating and electricity costs are included in the rental, free Wi-Fi Parking

Neighbourhood information

Aldeburgh is a town located by the River Alde on the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast. It is famous for the annual Aldeburgh Festival, which takes place nearby at Snape Maltings – home to the renowned composer Benjamin Britten. Aldeburgh also hosts a Carnival which takes place over a long weekend in August. It includes a funfair, mini-marathon, Carnival procession, Military band and fireworks display. Whilst in Aldeburgh, make sure you visit the life boat station, Moot Hall, Martello Tower, buy fresh fish from the huts on the beach and of course do not forget to try the famous fish and chip shop!
