Contemporary but cosy self catering accommodation located a short walk from Southerndown Beach, local pub next door and restaurant on the stunning Heritage Coast. Sleeps 4 and 1 good dog Perfect for a relaxing break for friends or families. Whether you plan a beach/surf holiday, or plan other activities /attractions : Southerndown Golf Club Championship Course, Horseriding on the beach, Historic Market town of Cowbridge, Mccarthur Glen Designer Outlet, this is a fantastic coastal base.
The owners , Dave and Claire, live adjacent to the lodge and if not immediately available, always contactable by mobile phone. They are more than happy to assist if you need additional information or recommendations for activities or dining in the local area.
Southerndown is a quaint coastal village popular with visitors all year round. Ideally located for a seaside or walking holiday, the village benefits from a traditional local pub serving great food and a popular restaurant on Beach Road. Southerndown historic walled gardens and Dunraven Bay are equally popular for picnics and relaxing strolls to admire the magnificant coastal scenery. The Heritage Centre is well worth a visit for more information. The lodge is conveniently located on the hourly bus route which offers the opportunity to explore more of the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan.
