There is an unused fish pond at the rear of the property with some level of water, please keep an eye on your children to prevent them going near it. For long term bookings from three weeks, we offer a discounted weekly or fortnightly cleaning with changeover of beddings, towels, etc to maintain the high standard of the property. In the absence of cleaning, the host or host's representative will pop over occasionally to inspect the property. This is to ensure it's being looked after properly We humbly ask that you abide by the house rules and avoid damages to the property as they incur extra charges. -- We operate a "FAIR USAGE" policy . As clearly stated in our listing, if you turn on the Central Heating, it will go off when it reaches 21C .
