Prestwick Central. Refurbished upper apartment accessed by common stairwell comprising 2 bedrooms (Super Comfy Hotel Beds can be split to 4 singles ), bathroom, large lounge with separate dining area, kitchen, private off road parking and security entrance. Given the proximity to the Beech and Town Centre location an acceptable level of noise can be anticipated. There is a vibrant selection of pubs and restaurants on your doorstep and 800yrds to the Beach. Birthplace of the Open Golf, Prestwick Golf club 400 yards. Prestwick airport & train station (0.8 mile), Glasgow city 40 min train-ride, bus stops and easy countryside access. There is one dedicated space allocated to this flat for a vehicle in a private parking area. with a lay flat parking pole and bay markings for control. Unfortunately on a very rare occasion the space has been taken by unauthorised parking therefore cannot be fully immediately guaranteed. Any issues on arrival please contact the host.
In case of urgency i will be available throughout your stay. This is my first year hosting and i strive to provide the best customer experience at an affordable rate as i can. I only have this let and i value customer feedback private or public. Any reasonable request made will be considered. The premises are only one of very few situated centrally within Prestwick Town Centre and 800 yards from the beech, as such seaside noises (seagulls) and road/street noise can be anticipated at an acceptable level. There are stairs to access the property on the first level worth bearing in mind. The property has a very large living space with a dining table which overlooks the most central point of the town. I enjoy hosting and am happy to serve customers with any requests or information they may require prior to or during their stay. I also wish to attend to any customer experience that adversely affects your stay immediately and remain contactable directly for any such occasion. The bed set up is flexible and as such the housekeeper requires advance information for same. It can be two doubles, four singles or any combination thereof.
Prestwick is Ayrshire’s most vibrant town with an excellent choice of restaurants bars cafes and shops. A thriving town with an excellent daytime and nighttime economy. Prestwick has excellent links to the Train Station and bus routes to and from all popular destinations. My property is within walking distance of Prestwick Airport.
