The town and its surrounding areas offer numerous exciting activities and attractions to explore. The Tourist Information Centre is conveniently located within walking distance and provides up-to-date information on all the latest activities and must-see destinations. The town is also well known for fishing, golfing, water sports, walking, running and fabulous restaurants! Located on a charming and historic street, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, this property boasts a fantastic location. With a beautiful green park complete with a play area located directly in front, and West Strand beach just a short walk away to the rear and East Strand beach to the front, this property offers easy access to the best of both worlds - the city and the beach. This location is incredibly convenient as everything you need is within a short walking distance, making it unnecessary to rely on a car. However, if you do have a car, you will be pleased to know that there is free on-street parking in a designated bay in front of the property. Additionally, there are two other options for parking, a large free carpark at West Strand beach or another within 300m. Getting around without a car is also easy with the main bus stop located directly in front of the property and the main train station just a 300m walk away, with trains running regularly. Taxis are also readily available for your convenience.
