- A damage deposit of £250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

- For guests under 18 years old not accompanied by their parents, we require written authorization sent via email to us. This authorization must include consent for the stay, along with a copy of the identification documents of both parents. This policy helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

- We welcome guests of all ages, with specific considerations to ensure the comfort and security of everyone staying with us. Guests under the age of 21 are welcome to stay with us when accompanied by their family. However, we do not accept reservations for groups of friends where the primary guest is 21 years old and the other members are under 21.

- Please ensure that the pre-check-in process is completed at least 24 hours before the check in date by 3pm.

- Information related to check-in will only be shared once the pre-check-in procedure is fully completed.

- The completion of the pre-check-in process is confirmed when the

following are provided: Upload documents of ALL guests ( Passports only ), Sign the Terms & Conditions., Secure the Security Deposit ( £ 250 per room).

- We only accept documents through the platform and do NOT accept cash.

- If the pre-check-in isn't completed in time, we may have to cancel your

reservation without a refund.

- The use of the sofa bed as a bed require the payment of the extra bed fee

- Reservations from guests not in the age restriction range won't be refunded at any time
