Portland View is a first floor apartment situated on the Isle of Portland along Dorset’s Jurassic coast. Hosting two bedrooms, including two super-king-sizes, one with en-suite shower, along with a shower room, this apartment can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. To the outside is a balcony with seating and parking in a free public car park. Portland View is a lovely base for exploring this spectacular coastal region. Please note: There is a small flight of concrete steps leading up to the communal entrance and then two internal flights of stairs up to the apartment.

Portland Bill is situated on the southernmost tip of the Isle of Portland. It is perhaps best known for its iconic lighthouse perched high above the cliff, overlooking the coastline and English channel. The lighthouse is open to the public and it is possible to climb the steep steps during a guided tour. There are also some basic amenities including a pub, restaurant/café and the Portland Bird Observatory. The surrounding area provides stunning walking and scenery, mainly due to its being a quarrying area, while there is also good birdwatching opportunity.
