Short Stay St. Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St. Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code for. Pipeland Pad is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house, capable of sleeping 6, and located in a quiet street, only a short 5-10 minute walk from the centre of St Andrews. Replete with a private garden with decking, garden furniture, and BBQ, it is ideal for families visiting St Andrews, or golfers looking to relax after a day on the green. Ground Floor: Living room, Kitchen, Sun room/Dining room & 3rd Bedroom with trundle bed which can be made as 2 x singles. Patio doors lead out from the sun room to a private back garden, replete with decking, garden furniture, and BBQ. Upstairs: Master bedroom & 2nd Bedroom, Bathroom. There is a driveway which guests may use to park one car. For groups with multiple vehicles, guests should have no problem finding space to parking their cars at the side of the road, where they may park for free. BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 1 x king, 1 x double & 2 x singles but the options available are 1 x double & 4 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option. EPC Rating D

Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
